Our Acting Training
Actors Ave was founded in 2002 by Michael Petrone. He has been in the industry for 25+ years. He knows the ins and outs of the industry from his past and present experience acting and directing. With over 100 national commercial bookings, multiple co-stars and guest stars, he's accumulated quite a sufficient amount of valuable information.
A common problem among the industry is that the majority of striving actors are misinformed about training and the industry. He created a unique and intense style of training.
It's an 8 step technique that can be applied to any scene.
He is known to push his students to uncomfortable levels and as a result develops actors to be the best they can possibly be.
Devoted and determined, he takes any actor who is willing to put in the work and makes them markedly better.
A podcast for actors created by our very own teacher, Michael Petrone plus guests, seasoned casting directors Megan Foley and Chuck Marra.
Between 90 years of experience between the three, they have seen it all. They offer insight, guidance, and really good time!
They break down the truth about the industry, and what actors need to know in order to become successful actors.
Each episode provides essential information that can help you build a career as an actor.

"This class is not for people looking to be coddled. Mike has extremely high expectations of each student based on their level of acting experience. It's great to be able to view our work immediately on camera and get feedback about our performance. This class is physically and emotionally exhausting but worth the pay-off when I book a commercial.. Mike's class is as close as it gets to the real audition process."
